I was working in Cirencester (I live in Oxford, an hour and a half drive... twice daily) whilst waiting to complete on my apartment in Swindon, I found myself looking for a room in a professional house in Swindon, I had a look around and saw a few places but they weren't very comfortable, they were just spare rooms. Whereas when I went to see one of Leo's, Leo himself showed me around the house, we met the other house guests. Whilst talking Leo got to know me, what I was looking for and why I was looking. All in the space of about 30 minutes. A welcoming environment is always there, whether it be new professionals or professionals who have stayed before there is always laughter somewhere. I only planned to stay in the room for 2 months but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to stay around 4 months. Leo was very accommodating and made sure that I was happy with everything. Leo wasn't just a Landlord he was a friend.

We stayed with Leo and Right Fit properties for 5 weeks whilst waiting for our house purchase to complete. We did not want to commit to a 6 month rental, or pay the prices of a hotel room for that time. As working professionals we needed a space where we could relax in at the evening and weekends as well as be able to get to work and shops easily. The house and room was perfect for us; it was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed. We had a self-contained room with our own fridge, microwave, kettle and en-suite bathroom. We had access to the shared washing machine, freezers and cooker in the communal kitchen. It was great to have our own coffee machine whilst we were there! Leo was easy to keep in touch with and was always ensuring everything was ok with our stay. He was happy for us to stay an extra week when our plans weren’t going as expected. Thank you for having us, we would recommend you to any of our friends who were looking for a last minute short term let!

I had a great stay in Swindon. The room in the house was just what I needed, comfortable bed, good sized room and peace and quiet to work. There is a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of restaurants and takeaway’s in the area if you don’t want to cook. There was a great atmosphere in the house and all the other guests were friendly. Leo is a great guy, very welcoming and is always available either in person or on the phone if you have any problems. I can highly recommend staying here and if I’m back in the area I will definitely stay there again.
