You hand the reins over to us through an agreed sale, a lease-to-sell arrangement or a blend of the two where we will lease your property for a number of years with agreement to purchase at the end of lease.
You step back and relax with a guaranteed income while we develop, market, promote and run the property.

Right Fit Director
Travelling on business for large corporations and away from his family, Leo spent much of his time alone and sought refuge in the wrong solutions.
Since then, Leo has been driven by creating an alternative option for the business travel community. It’s the option that he needed but did not have for himself. Overcoming his problems many years ago, Leo made looking after the mental health and wellbeing of business travellers and their families his life purpose.
He does this through property & outstanding hospitality, utilising real estate as the vehicle for a solution he wished he once had. His purpose is to create supportive and empowering communities for business travellers in the UK and around the globe.
